I have a 6 berth static caravan in a beautiful woodland setting, high on a hill overlooking The Moray Firth, in own woodland and grounds, 1 mile from the nearest neighbour,,,,, yet only a 7 minute drive to the towns and villages of the Moray Firth Coast.

7 minutes drive to Buckie
20 Minutes drive to Elgin
1hr and 10 minutes drive to Inverness
1 hr and 10 mins drive To Aberdeen

The caravan is currently being refurbished to include a wood burning stove, wooden flooring and "real" furniture.

It has a driveway separate from my home, isn't overlooked by my house, and looks directly into mature woodland. There's ample space for growing food and eggs are available from the chickens and ducks. The area is ideal for foraging. It would suit people who seek a sustainable lifestyle.

The land abounds with wildlife and it is suitable for a person / couple / group of friends seeking peace, quiet and an environmentally aware lifestyle. The ground is organic and food grown on permaculture principals.

Wood is provided for the stove,,, you just have to gather and prep it! Water is on a private supply. The caravan will be hooked up to electricity.

Rental is weekly in advance and you are responsible for buying bottled gas for the oven and hob. Building a firepit and outdoor kitchen is a possibility.

The caravan will be available from August.
Rental is weekly in advance with a two week returnable deposit. This is payable on the date of entry.

This is a caravan, so the energy rating reflects this at grade E/G
