This beautiful space has been recently renovated and converted, it is half of a bungalow in which you have your own fully self contained space. This property is suitable for one quiet, respectful, independent person who is looking for their own private space. There are no shared living areas so if you are looking for a house share/buddy up type scenario this is not for you :)
Couples can be considered if you are looking to stay for just 1-2: months maximum ...the cost would be £800pxm.

You have your own front door, patio area to sit and enjoy the view, big bedroom with king size bed and stunning views, newly refurbished bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail, kitchen/sitting room with sofa, table/chair, shelves, drawers, fridge freezer, combination microwave with oven and grill, sink etc. and washing machine. Please note there is no hot plate as it is not a full kitchen but purposeful for more simple cooking.

Easy parking is immediately to the the front of the property from where you have a few steps to your door, this leads you directly into the hallway from where your three separate rooms are accessed (this is all your private self contained space).

I live in the other half of the property and have my own side path to the back garden/door. My space is also completely self contained and private ...please note I am away a lot of the time and am. happy for couples to stay during these periods of time as outlined above.

The rent of £650pcm incudes all bills apart from electricity ...it's on a smart meter so usage is easily known.

Minimum of 1 month and really suitable for shorter stays but happy to discuss long term lets if desired.

The property comes fully furnished, with cotton bedding, towels, pillows, duvet and everything you should need for a comfy stay.

All rooms have newly fitted modern electric heaters and it gets cosy really quickly. Beautiful views of wonderful Gardenstown ...it really is a lovely place to live. There is a tv (42 inch) in the bedroom.
