Room for rent in flat (currently under reno)

Hello!

My name is Becks and I’m looking for a friendly flatmate. The flat is currently under renovation, apologies for no photos yet. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining/living room, and I’d like to turn the small room into a double office. Message me for photos of the reno in progress 😊

A little about me, I work full time (WFH Thursday/Friday), have a part time pub job (however there is access via the kitchen so I won’t walk past your bedroom late at night!). I also study marketing part time. I’m also busy teaching scuba diving on Wednesday evenings, so you’ll have the flat to yourself almost every Wednesday evening.

I consider myself friendly, but also respectful of your own privacy. I’d like a flatMATE rather than someone I just share a space with. Sometimes cooking dinner together, popping to the pub, I’ve also got a couple of paddleboards if that’s something you’re interested in!
