Person required to share house with one male (live in landlord), one female and two cats.
I m a former Impakt House supported lodgings host, so I have a record for being friendly & helpful.
It's a 3 bed semi in a very nice area. Double room with masses of wardrobe space. My existing has said she would ideally prefer a lady for this room, but a very decent guy will be considered.
