The room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe and drawers. It also comes with a private bathroom, located separately from the bedroom.

• The property has a small garden, although this isn’t a shared outdoor space as access is through my bedroom.

You’ll be sharing with me (the homeowner) and another female professional. I enjoy having a friendly home where people are happy to have a chat and socialise from time to time, but also respect each other’s privacy and value their own space.

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate female professional who regularly travels into work, rather than working from home full-time. Being respectful of the home and others, and keeping shared communal areas clean and tidy are important to me.
