The house is ideal for hospital employees as it's directly opposite the south wing. It's also a short walk to the town centre, train stations, and supermarkets.

The large bedroom comes with the furniture seen in the photographs, minus the TV.

The bathroom is on the same floor and has a bath/shower with a fitted glass panel. It will be shared with only 1 other person.

The shared facilities include a fully furnished kitchen-diner with crockery and cookware, washing machine, safe on-street parking, garden, and a garage used for storage. Broadband, council tax and utility bills are all included. Please note there is no lounge.

The house will be shared with friendly professionals, one of whom is the lovely live-in landlady.
