The house is situated on the King's Reach Estate in Biggleswade with on street parking. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a good size downstairs WC.
The room is clean and beautifully presented with a free standing corner wardrobe, three drawer chest and a double hydraulic bedframe with mattress. The three piece bathroom will be shared with one other person.
Shared Communal Spaces:
The kitchen - all of the plates, utensils, glass/cups, pots, double oven stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and washing machine.
Living room - large two and three piece sofa and ottoman. There is a smart television with current licence and is set up to play Netflix, Amazon, etc.
French doors lead out to a fair size garden from the living room.

The household is occupied by two professionals: one male and one female.
