Hi, myself and my partner Conor live on the Kings Reach Development in Biggleswade.
We have a dog and 2 cats here so you need to be an animal lover, they are however, kept downstairs so you won’t be over run by them. The bathrooms are not en suites but they are both next to the rooms we’re offering and will be shared with max one person (not even for house guests lol).
The train station is 0.8 miles from the house with great transport links into London. Biggleswade town is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. There is plenty of parking with no street restrictions at all.
We would like tenants who are tidy and friendly. If you’re okay with the above, please get in contact. Smokers welcome, but in the garden plz :)
Please note, we will be requesting a deposit which will be kept in a secure account and we will also be asking for 1 months rent in advance exactly like a normal tenancy agreement would.
