Lovely quirky, old house in Carlton, 4 bedrooms + attic conversion. Fantastic country location. Village shop right on the doorstep, opposite a lovely pub, and 5 minute walk to another lovely (real ale) pub)

20 Minutes to Bedford
10 Minutes to Sharnbrook
(all by car, although regular buses in village)

Large main bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Lounge with open fire, open dining room.

Kitchen with microwave & air fryer, American large fridge/freezer (with ice / water), dishwasher.

Washing Machine and Double Dryer.

Courtyard space and private (shared) carpark / entrance courtyard

2 Cat household.

Room 1 - Large attic space
(NOTE: no central heating up here, so oil heaters provided)

(Carpet has seen better days!)

Room 3 - Double / office space - still being considered

NOTE all rooms are currently unfurnished as I need to get beds, units etc from 2nd hand. BUT first housemates in might have a chance to request what furniture they have.

Following a relationship breakup, I now have 2 - 3 rooms spare in a large house in Carlton.

The house is likely to be sold soon (not yet on the market), so no long-term, but likely at least 6+ months, and housemates will be kept informed and given as much notice as possible.

Landlady is a liberal trans woman journalist (mid 40s), so open to LGBTQ+ or other open minded and friendly individuals.

Also big on recycling!
