House share with one other student.

Council tax not included if applicable.

University confirmation, proof of funds, 1 month deposit and 1 month rent due prior to arrival. Student will also need to provide a council tax exemption letter accessed from the University.
Students are council tax exempt within their course dates only and maybe liable to a council tax charge if staying outside these dates.

Single - £575.00 per calendar month.
Double - £700.00 per calendar month
6 months minimum stay.
