Shared fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, dining room and W. C.

Kitchen features fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine. Gas central heating and hot water.
Gas safe and electrical safety checks adhered to.

House share with one other student.
All bills (electric, gas, broadband) included.

University confirmation, proof of funds, 1 month deposit and 1 month rent due prior to arrival. Student will also need to provide a council tax exemption letter accessed from the University.
Students are council tax exempt within their course dates only and maybe liable to a council tax charge if staying outside these dates.

Single - £600.00 per calendar month.
Double - £750.00 per calendar month
6 months minimum stay.

Cranfield is a large village, close to Bedford and Milton Keynes, with beautiful countryside walks, good bus links and easy access to the local garage, supermarket, cafe, newsagents, football club, parks, pubs and takeaway restaurants.
