Cosy room to rent with a dedicated bathroom

I have a fully furnished room available to rent.

The room is furnished with a sofa that could be expanded into a double bed. The desk, monitors and printer seen in the image, are not included.

You will have priority access to the main bathroom as my room has an ensuite.

Living room and Kitchen will be shared, however I travel for work during weekdays so you will have the place to yourself most times.

Across the street from the house is a 20 minute bus (route A) to Luton Airport. Also it only takes 13 minutes to get to Luton Train Station.

Free off-street parking is could be arranged.

Lidl, Aldi and Sainsburys are all (<10 mins) walking distance from the flat. Tesco and Morrisons require transport if you're not willing to walk for (+30 mins).

White Lion retail park is 5mins walk which includes a gym, TK Maxx and Costa.

Suitable distance for those working in Luton & Dunstable Hospital too.
