Hello all

I have a beautiful top floor available for rent long term.

There is a double large bedroom with walk in wardrobe and an ensuite with shower.

You can have the peace and quiet of the entire top floor to yourself.

Internet/bills/council tax included.

Currently have a lodger at the property, but this space will become free from June 1st 2026, move in date roughly 15th June or so.

Comes with a queen size bedframe, a large set of drawers and a lot of storage for hanging clothes (built in wardrobe)

Shared downstairs kitchen area with new large fridge and new washing machine/dryer combo.

I have my two daughters who have their rooms on the middle floor, they are 11 and 15 yo, and are quite shy and keep themselves to themselves. In total there are three people in the home, myself and my two girls.

We also do have 1 cat.
