Exclusive use of the top floor, which includes:
• One double bedroom
• Your own spacious sitting room with a kitchenette area
• A private bathroom

Access is via the front door of the family home and two flights of stairs (this is a loft room).

Access to a washing machine is available in the downstairs utility room.

We are looking for a female tenant for single occupancy only (professional or student).
Sorry, due to having a young family, we will not be considering male applicants.

• Location: Close to Flitwick train station (direct service to London in under 45 minutes). Conveniently near Ampthill, offering a wealth of local amenities. M1 Junctions 12 & 13 are approximately a 15-minute drive away.
• Household: The home is shared with a family (two adults and two children) who occupy the downstairs and middle floors.
Additionally, two friendly cats (a Ragdoll and a Scottish Fold mix) and a hamster live in the house.
The tenant will have their own private sanctuary on the top (third) floor.
• Parking: A single parking space is available for the tenant’s vehicle. EV charging is not included.

Rent: £900 per month, inclusive of bills (Electricity, Gas & Broadband).
