Room to Rent in Family Home

We are a family of three and looking to rent out our spare room to a suitable professional in full time employment.

The room is a good sized double room with views over the garden it has its own en suite and is fitted with flat screen TV double bed small folding table and chair and access to virgin board band via wifi. The en suite consists of shower, hand wash basin and toilet and recently updated with new shower toilet and sink.

There is off road parking and access to the garden. The house has kitchen for use by the tenant also sitting room TV room and conservatory. The kitchen has micro wave oven electric oven gas hob and dishwasher.

We are ideally looking for someone to rent the room Monday to Friday at £450 PCM

We do not require a deposit but require a month in advance. We also require references from employer.

Please note our room is only available Monday to Friday only we cannot accommodate at Saturday and Sunda.
