I've got a room available in a 2-bed house in Harlington - £625/month all in (rent + all bills included). The room is available either furnished or unfurnished.

The house has:
- 2 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet
- Lounge
- Kitchen/diner
- Utility room
- Garden
- Garden office
- Small gym
- 2 parking spaces

The house is a 5 minute walk to Harlington Station, from which it's 12 minutes to Luton Airport Parkway, 45 minutes to London St Pancras and about 1 hour to Blackfriars.

Harlington itself is a quaint little village with a nice community. There's a couple of pubs, a shop and a cafe. There’s also a Lidl, Aldi and a big Tesco within 15 minutes drive.

For nightlife, Harpenden and St Albans are within a 25 minute train journey and Hitchin is a 20 minute drive. Otherwise you’ve got London. The trains run all night long, except on Saturday night where the last one is 01:44ish so still not too bad.

A bit about me, I’m Will, 33 and work in tech. In my spare time I like cooking, pub trips, travelling, sports, films - all the standard stuff. I'm guaranteed to be in the office at least 2 days a week (Monday & Wednesday usually).

I've rented the room out before and it's been great. I'm always up for hanging out, popping for a drink, film nights etc but equally happy to chill by myselfq. Looking for someone similar who likes a house to be a home rather than just a place to crash.
