I've got a room available in a 2-bed house in Harlington - £625/month (bills included). The room is available either furnished or unfurnished.

The house has:

- Small gym
- 2 parking spaces

The house is a 5 minute walk to Harlington Station, from which it's 12 minutes to Luton Airport Parkway, 45 minutes to London. M1 junction is 3 mins away, only a 15 minute drive to Milton Keynes.

Harlington itself is a little village with a nice community vibe. There's a couple of pubs, a shop and a cafe.

For nightlife, Harpenden and St Albans are within a 25 minute train journey and Hitchin is a 20 minute Uber. Otherwise you’ve got London. The trains run all night long, except on Saturday night where the last one is 01:44ish.

A bit about me, I’m Will, 33. Ex-mechanical engineer now working in tech. In my spare time I like cooking, pub trips, travelling, sports, films. I'm guaranteed to be in the office at least 2 days a week (Monday & Wednesday usually) and spend about 2-3 months a year out the country so you’ll get plenty of space.

I've rented the room out before and it's been great. I'm always up for hanging out, popping for a drink, film nights etc but equally happy with my own company.
