wardrobes, bed etc., with a shared (with my step daughter who stays occasionally) bathroom & shower (hence only looking for a FEMALE), easy parking & a short walk to local shops / takeaways from this 18 year old property. Fully furnished with desk , smart TV, fast broadband etc. shared kitchen & a small gym in the garage (treadmill/bike etc) Very handy for Hitchin, Letchworth - 10 mins, Bedford & Stevenage, 20 Mins & Arlesey main line station 3. 5 miles (Kings X 38 mins) large secure garden & patio (bike storage etc if reqd) there's a few chickens roaming around (in the garden obvs) & give us free eggs., plus a pair of young cats to help make you feel at home Looking for full time £420 per month or Monday to Friday £350 per month
