Seeking a female housemate for single room occupancy, to share a peaceful home with one other calm, quiet female.

References are required.

A beautifully renovated double size room, in a 1930's style, three-bedroom terrace house. The room must be viewed, to be fully appreciated.
Room will have double bed, refurnished fitted wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table, TV with HDR FreeSat box with Netflix optional extra cost.

**Bedding sheets & Towels are not provided unless requested**

Sharing a bathroom, with bath and mains gas heated water for shower or bath. Gas central heating and double-glazed windows throughout.
Kitchen has a large family size, fridge freezer for own use, shared use of washing machine, and own fitted double storage cupboards.
A relaxed, comfortable, homely environment, to make sure that you will feel welcomed and at home.
There is an exceptionally large, private garden in the rear, with outdoor seated space.
Parts of the front and back gardens are being renovated. Possible to grow your own fruit and vegetables if you would like to cultivate an area.
Bills included are reasonable use of Electric, Water & Gas, Wi-Fi, TV Licence. Council tax included.
