I am a live in Landlord, however travelling on occasions with my occupation

This is a 3 bed, mid-terrace house.
A Double size bedroom, in a 1930's style, three-bedroom terrace house is for rent. Room must be viewed, to be fully appreciated.

(A separate lounge / work station can be provided for extra cost for hybrid working from June/July 2026)

This is a comfortable, home away from home, for Mon-Fri Lets or flexible 5-7 days stay with another calm, quiet female. Not a party house. Great for studying and relaxing.

One double room available for SINGLE FEMALES for single room occupancy. NOT suitable for couples or family sharing.

I work full time from home, writing and creating wellbeing, wellness workshops and I enjoy the peace and listening to Nature alive in my back garden.

Sharing a bathroom with the owner (myself when home). It's cleaned daily. There is mains Combi-gas boiler heated water for daily shower.

Kitchen has a family size, fridge freezer. Shared use of washing machine, your own fitted storage cupboards.

You are required to be respectful in keeping all shared areas clean, accessible and welcoming after use.

Bills included are reasonable use of Gas, Electric, Water, Wi-Fi.

Gas central heating and double-glazed windows throughout.
