I am a friendly and respectful landlord who values a peaceful living environment. I am looking for a someone who is responsible, tidy, easy-going and who respects personal space.

I am a very chilled person and usually work 3-5days in the office.

The house is located in Clipstone Park, Leighton Buzzard and only a SHORT 5 MINUTE WALK AWAY to bus stop.
Also a 10mins drive to the Leighton Buzzard Train Station going DIRECT on a 30mins Fast train to London. Quiet and pleasant surroundings.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, access to high speed broadband (Wi-Fi).
