A bright, spacious and comfortable double room is available in a clean and quiet home in Leighton Buzzard.

The other bedroom is occupied by a friendly 28-year-old professional woman, so the home will be shared by just two women. I am looking for a clean, tidy and considerate female flatmate who will treat the home with care.

The property has a comfortable shared living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shared bathroom. It is a smoke-free home with a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere – a nice place to cook, eat and unwind after work.

Location & transport

The town centre is within walking distance.

Leighton Buzzard train station is around a 5-minute drive away, with trains to London Euston taking approximately 30 minutes.

There are also bus services to Luton, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes, with a bus stop within walking distance.

There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, including Waitrose, Aldi, Morrisons, Tesco, Iceland and Costa. There is also a corner shop and post office directly opposite the property.

Free residential on-street parking is available nearby, and parking is generally easy.

The room

The room is spacious and currently furnished with two single beds. One bed can be removed if you would prefer the room arranged differently.
