The property is within walking distance to the town center and Leighton Buzzard train station is 5 minutes' drive which takes 30 min to London Euston. You can also catch buses to Luton, Aylesbury and
Milton Keynes with bus stop located within walking distance. There is a Waitrose, Iceland, Aldi, Morrisons, Tesco and Costa nearby. There is a corner shop and post office opposite the property

Safe parking on road side and back of the building on residential parking

Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen, very clean and tidy flat. Smoke-free, quiet flat, a place to cook, eat, relax.
