Hello! I have a double or a single bedroom available in a peaceful townhouse in a great location in Leighton Buzzard.

The double room is adjacent to the lounge on the first floor. There is a shared bathroom on the second floor for now but an ensuite is being built very soon. Additional toilet on the ground floor.

The single room is on the top floor right next to the bathroom and study. It has a large wardrobe and lots of storage for clothes etc.

Ground floor kitchen and diner with oven, air fryer, washer/dryer and all usual facilities plus access to outdoor space and garage.

Includes use of a separate study (top floor), ideal for working from home or indeed studying!

Sharing with two friendly, caring and respectful people - the homeowner who is setting up a new outdoor business venture and will be out a lot, and the other working full-time locally. Both very busy at weekends.

Very peaceful cul-de-sac location with plenty of parking at edge of town but walking distance to huge country park and village with shop and pubs. One mile to town and train station. Close to A5 and M1.
