The trials & tribulations of trying to find the one room that ticks all the boxes can be a nightmare for most.

Here is a room in a houseshare that needs you to make suggestions on how to make it more homely for all.

The room is bright and warming in the morning and is practically on natures doorstep as you can hear the local wildlife going about its business without the constant rumble and roar of mankind.

The room has a double ottoman storage bed, built-in wardrobe in the corner, bedside cabinet, multi-use table and plenty of space for more furniture.

Our fully fitted kitchen is available to all to use the following: induction hob, 2 pyro ovens, air-fryer, quad toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, food processor, ceramic water filter, waste food macerator, moka coffee pot, crockery, pots & pans etc...(Training provided to avoid accidents.)

Our Lounge is available to all to use and enjoy, so no need to be cooped up in your room. We got a smart TV, sound bar, 1 Gb Fibre Broadband, 2 sofa beds for guests and a warming real flame fire.

Our Dining room is available to all to have meals and entertain.

Our Conservatory is available to all, either to use as an office, gym, storage, laundry etc..

Our shower room has a Mira Digital Shower with a multi-functional shower head and above we have a rainfall shower head, plus a smart mirror for bluetooth music, multiple illuminations, fog free reflections and shaver port, below the mirror is a large vanity sink with storage draws and surfaces of toiletries, to the side of the sink with have the WC and additional tower storage...The bonus of this shower is the hot water is filtered and softened thus making your shower experience more soapy.

Our downstairs WC and another illuminated mirror, toilet and basin...

Our Garden has 2 low level lawned terraces, with shrubbery on both sides, climbing roses in the rear, gravelled area with picnic table and room for a BBQ.

Our Garage is big enough to store a car but we use it to store housemates odd bits and pieces.

We have external 24 hour CCTV, Door Cam and Alarm System.

There is off street parking for 4+ car depending on the their size and plenty of free street parking.
