A 30-day short let is a separate arrangement priced at £800 total and is subject to availability, checks and a written agreement.

2. Your occupation, employer or study details;

3. Your intended move-in date;

4. Your expected length of stay;

5. Confirmation that the room is for you alone;

6. Confirmation that you accept £500 pcm, a £500 deposit and the £1,000 initial move-in cost;

7. How the rent and deposit will be funded, including any guarantor, sponsorship, benefits or other support;

8. Your current general location and availability for a personal viewing; and

9. Confirmation that you can provide the required identity and Right to Rent information.

Please do not request a viewing if you need to negotiate the advertised rent or deposit.

Property questions are welcome, but repeated requests to renegotiate fixed terms will close the enquiry.
