Hey.
I have a good sized double room available. Furniture is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
There is a shared kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom and garden. Kitchen and bathroom are both new within the last 3 years.
I'd like to say I'm pretty easy to get along with, like to keep active with hobbies (especially kayaking, biking and walking) and being sociable. I'm pretty tidy and like to live with someone who can feel at home.
My previous two lodgers have both loved with me 15-18 months.
