Bright and airy garden facing studio apartment, recently built as an extension to the main house, with its own separate entrance, and off road parking space. It is centrally located, about 5 minutes walk from Leighton Buzzard railway station and 10 minutes walk to Leighton Buzzard town centre.

Inside, you will find parquet wood flooring, a comfy double bed, a table which can also be used as a desk, a fitted floor to ceiling wardrobe, as well as a fitted kitchen complete with integrated 2 hot plates, microwave and fridge/freezer. The shower room is adjacent to the room and has an extra window for ventilation.

The studio flat has superb views over the garden thanks to French windows, and an additional skylight makes the space very bright and airy.

The studio flat is ideal for a single person. 2 persons could also share, but an additional £75 per month will be charged. The studio space is a non-smoking one. If you are a smoker, we will request that you smoke in the garden which is a shared space.
