About the House:
This is a quiet, owner-occupied house (one room per person only). Both bedrooms have recently sustained damage from the previous two lodgers. I am looking for respectful and responsible individuals.

Live-in Landlord
I am the live-in landlord and will reside in a separate downstairs extension with my own en-suite shower room, bedroom, and toilet. I am also employed at the L&D Hospital and will be making regular checks to ensure the property is being looked after.
