Cosy double bedroom in modern Victorian house

Double bedroom with shared bathroom kitchen garden. Meals can be eaten at the dining table but the living room is not available. Maybe when I go away sometimes at weekends. There is a breakfast bar.
Parking is available but a permit is needed which can be applied for on the government website.
The area is really lovely walking distance to a three parks including wardown Park to the station to the mall. A lovely coffee shop in the old high Street. An amazing restaurant near the station. Lovely coffee shop in the museum in wardown Park.
Close to Luton parkway and gipsy Lane retail Park which has Next home Costa coffee Starbucks superdrug etc
