We have a Large 2nd floor Double Loft Rooms (Pitched roof) exclusively sharing 2nd floor Toilet/Bath between occupants of one other room (currently muslim female student)

The room is within a MUSLIM Household (live in Muslim Land lady & existing muslim loders primarily females & couples).

The Property is in exclusive area of LU2 7EL, please Google location & check it meets any travel/ work / university etc needs before making contact / arranging a viewing.

We have an initial 3 month Fixed-term agreement with no break clause. If you leave before the end of this initial three-month fixed term, you are legally liable to pay rent for the whole of the term. Initially we expect 2 months’ rent upfront & 1 month’s deposit. After 2 months if you decide / we agree you stay beyond three months, we will move to a regular monthly lodgers’ agreement (you pay monthly upfront with one month’s deposit & one months’ notice).

Due to shared areas for cohesion, cultural & religious sensitivities we are looking for & give strong preference to any potential lodgers that would fit in with existing occupants that are primarily Muslim females & couples.
So, professionals or students or anyone of similar background or those that can relate & abide by religious / cultural restrictions / sensitivities of existing house share e. g. Strictly No alcohol Or None Halal meat is to be consumed in residence to avoid contamination.

Household is strictly Adult only we are unable to consider anyone wanting to rent with children.

Rent for the Large 2nd floor Double Loft Room will be £400pcm for single occupancy or we may consider a couple sharing at £550pcm. Initial upfront costs will be two months’ rent advance & One months for single female occupancy this will be £1,200 or a Couple £1,650.

Rent includes Utility bills (fair use) + Fast Speed Fibre Broadband. Strictly No Pets or Anyone with kids or is planning to have kids (eg, are heavily pregnant) during their stay - Our Insurance does not cover this - so please don’t ask & move onto next add, thanks.

Each 2nd floor Double Loft Room will come semi-furnished (Or can come Unfurnished) will typically include:
1x Double Bed & Small Wardrobe (due to pitched roof)
1x Medium sized Fridge
1x Table + 2 Chairs
1x Microwave
1 x Kettle

Large Shared Kitchen shared with live-in Muslim Landlady + up to Max 5 Other Female Tenants or 3 couples (If all available rooms get occupied). please note kitchen also includes a washing machine, microwave & kettle.

Located in LU2 7EL near Luton Sixth Form College, walking distance to University of Bedfordshire (2.0 miles), with regular bus service nearby to get to Luton Centre. Luton Train station (1.3 miles), Leagrave Train station (1.9 miles) & Luton Parkway Train station (2.1 miles), University of Bedfordshire (2.0 miles).
