Any contracts for less than 3 weeks will be charged a rate of:
Double room:£40 per day
Single room: £28per day
Your deposit will be equivalent to the price of your stay or your monthly rental amount.
Additional £70 per week for couples to accommodate for extra bills.

£35 will be deducted from deposit for cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
