The house is a newly refurbished 4 bed, with shower, WC, basin and a downstairs WC with residential specification including double glazing, gas central heating, cavity insulation, hob/oven/grill, fridge/freezer and washing machine. For sharing is the kitchen and sitting room, see photos. The price exclusive of bills is £1800 PCM.
There is a shared-drive for 2 cars and on-street parking.
Occasional partner weekend stays can be agreed.

One month deposit and one month in advance, photo ID required, employment references, previous accommodation references, and DBS check (paid for by me).
