Most Bills Incl. Dbl Room for Responsible Lodger

I will soon be refurbishing my new flat in Luton and will have the second bedroom available for rent to a lodger.

It's a 2 bedroom flat, I the landlady occupy the master bedroom. It's a short walk to the town centre, university and train station and a short drive to the airport and M1.

The room will have a small double bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage.

It's a first floor flat, very bright with a spacious living room, a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. There is also garden space.

There are no pictures of the flat as it's not yet ready. This advert is to start having conversations with potential lodgers ready to view it and move into the room from April.

Only serious, reliable, responsible, trouble free, clean and tidy people will be considered. Employer/University/Previous Landlords/Bank references must be provided.

The rent will be £120 per week, this includes Council Tax, Water, Broadband/WiFi.

While Gas and Electric are on a Smart Meter system, top up costs will be shared as and when charged.
