Amenities: You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen (with your own storage space), exclusive access to the main contemporary bathroom, (landlord has en-suite room so will not use the main bathroom) and a cozy open-plan living/dining area with the live-in landlord. There is high-speed Wi-Fi, and all bills (electric, gas, water, council tax) are included in the rent – no extra costs.

Parking: On-street parking available (permit may be required; the flat’s underground parking space is used by owner).

Household: Live-in landlord is a young professional who keeps the flat very tidy and peaceful. We’re looking for a single working professional lodger who values a quiet, clean home.

House Rules: No smoking inside and no pets.

Rent & Terms: £650 per month (all bills incl). Deposit £600. Room is available immediately. Minimum stay 3 months, then flexible. Reference from employer (or previous landlord) required.
