Large furnished/unfurnished double room

Large furnished(£650)/unfurnished(£600) double room available from early/mid April. The house is a large period property which me and my wife maintain to a clean standard, the room has a large built-in cupboard. We have a patio and a large south facing garden which gets plenty of sunlight should you wish to sit there. I'm a professional who works in law enforcement and my wife is a medical professional. We are looking for someone or a couple who are clean and decent human beings 😊. Students welcome. References required.

Basic house rules:

- Pick up after yourself and your family/friends
- If you use perishable items, replace it
- Maintain cleanliness of the property
- Toilet etiquette is a must
