This is a direct takeover of an existing contract running to July 2027. To take it on you'll need to be a full-time University of Bedfordshire student, not already living in this accommodation, and complete the standard sign-up (your own agreement, a guarantor, deposit and first payment, and an online induction), all handled through the village's reception team.
