Spacious double bedroom for rent with parking

Spacious double bedroom overlooking the garden. Plenty of free parking in front of the house. Housemates include 3 friendly cats.

There is a living room with patio doors out into the garden. The garden is quite large and has a patio area with a table and chairs with a parasol and a BBQ. There is also a shed which people are welcome to use.

There is a downstairs WC and a fully equipped kitchen so a housemate would be welcome to use my pots etc or to bring their own. The bathroom is upstairs between the two bedrooms. There is extra storage space in the loft.

There are several parks nearby, local shops and a couple of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive, Leagrave station is 1 mile away and at the front of the house is a green area with benches.

Ideally I am looking for someone sociable who will be happy to hang out and watch TV some evenings or go for a drink, that will be a friend as well as a housemate.
