The house is situated near Stockwood Park and Golf Course, a nice neighbourhood north of Harpenden, with easy access to the M1 or a quick commute to London St Pancras, a short walk to Luton Parkway, Capability Green and the town centre.

This is a clean, quiet and safe home. I work part time in Adult Care Services. Most of the time I live on my own and I only let out one room. I have two daughters. One of my daughters is a young professional who lives away but visits occasionally. My other daughter is at university and comes home when she has a break or a placement in this area. As a family we enjoy cooking, travelling, a good film and keeping healthy. I have a dog who enjoys taking me for a good walk. My daughter the professional also has her own dog when she visits. We don’t smoke nor vape and smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property.

On the first floor you will find three large double bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and toilet. The lodger will have the main use of that bathroom.

Finally, on the second floor there is a large bedroom with en-suite shower and basin.

There is a private garden to the rear with a patio leading to a laid lawn and shrubs area and two garden sheds.
