Hello, I'm putting up this ad on behalf of the homeowner (I'm a former tenant).

A quiet area, adjacent to the forest for leisurely walks with great scenery and refreshments. Also close to shops, a fish-and-chips takeaway, a gym, hairdressers, a chemist, an optician, a post office, and a doctor's practice.
If you are a student, you have easy access to Cranfield University/Bedford/Milton Keynes by car or public transport (the bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the property).

The room: Furnished double room (desk and chair included), shared bathroom (with the homeowner only); kitchenware, cutlery, and other utensils available, so no need to buy. Utility room with washing machine/dryer. Two toilets on the ground and first floors (the room advertised is on the first floor).
Shared living room.
Parking available.

Availability: Available 01 November 2026.
Deposit: A month's rent (£625) and a refundable security deposit (£200) required to move in.
Some bills included (ps: happy to negotiate).

Preference: FEMALE preferred (professional or student) due to the nature of shared facilities.

Single occupancy only. It is a double bedroom with a single bed, so it is not suitable for couples.
