We have a room available for rent within a 4 bed house. It is mostly me that lives in it half the month, with visits from my sisters during some weekends, and half term and holidays.
The bedroom has an inbuilt wardrobe. You will share the wetroom with 1 other person occasionally (my sisters when they visit).
Looking for a quiet person, ideally a female as the rest of us are girls.
The kitchen has enough cupboard space, and in the fridges and freezer. We also have a garage for further storage if you need it. There is also a utility room for drying your clothes.
About the wider house- it has myself (a 30 something year old working professional) with occasional visits from my sisters who have their own room.
The property has a garden and lounge.
Rent includes council tax, gas and electric bills, water and broadband.
