I have two single rooms in a newly renovated 3-bedroom house.

10 minute walk from the train station.

The downstairs is an open-plan layout with a very large, comfortable living area. The kitchen is a great size with plenty of storage and comes fully equipped with an oven/induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle.

The Rooms
There are two single rooms. They can physically fit small double beds, but it would be a squeeze.
The last room available has a spacious corner cupboard build in for extra storage and has a street view with sunshine all day long.

Council Tax: Band B

Bills: All household bills are split equally by the number of people living in the house.

Who I'm looking for
Ideally, I'm looking for an industry professional (or professionals) who wants a calm, quiet home life. It’s not a party house, just a relaxed space to unwind after work.

I already have superfast wifi, large sofa and 75" TV.
