Hello, my name is james . I have recently moved to shefford and have a house with 3 rooms. I am looking for a lodger to occupy 1 of the rooms and have a lodger already using the other to help pay the bills. My current lodger is a 50 year old gentleman and between the two of us we keep the place clean and have a friendly environment. The house has been newly renovated and It is in very good and clean condition. The rooms come with 1/3 share of the garage for storage and I often only stay at the house a few days a week. The beds have new sheets and Duvet .
