Lodger wanted. High spec very spacious modern furnished accommodation. Maintained to a high standard.

All bills included, and monthly cleaning, and currently a laundry service (but subject to agreement and washing machine can be added).

Off the main farmhouse (live in landlord), very quiet and private with own entrance off a shared porch. Secure gated entrance, dedicated parking space.

Under floor heating, slate floor, oak staircase, ultrafast broadband, lots of light and great views from the mezzanine.

Open plan living with dining table, TV, Sky box and storage units, corner sofa.

Own kitchen (off living space) and large shower room wet room (off kitchen). Kitchen is small, but includes microwave, Neff 'hide and slide' oven, plug in hobs. Accommodation includes undercounter fridge, small freezer.

Superking bed and clothes storage on mezzanine.

Sorry no pets, no smoking. No electric charging for car. No outside space.

Our current lodger is very sadly moving out after 2 years with us.

We are easy to get on with and friendly, quiet, professional and very busy! We have dogs and farm animals but you will not need to interact with them (hence no access to the garden).

Please note that although private it is still a lodger agreement as part of the farmhouse, so there will be basic 'house rules' like in a house share or ABNB.

Looking for a professional who will respect and look after the place. Ideally a longer term stay, but open to discussion - we have had shorter stays and ABNB in the past.
