Small double available for rent

A small room with double bed and wardrobe in an end of terrace townhouse with small courtyard. Located in a large friendly village with convenient shops. Street parking available. Church next to property and you will hear the bells.

I am the owner and pretty easy going, happy to interact but totally understand personal space too. I live at the property and work from home 3 days per week. I am generally up between 6-7am. There is a resident dog and two long hair cats - all very friendly and love humans (please consider any allergies). They are my everything so please do not apply if you are not keen on pets.

Bills are inclusive, however, consideration for water/electric usage.

My home is kept clean and tidy, you are welcome to use the communal areas and leave them as you find them.

I would rather no additional guests stay over, however, will consider occasionally.
