Mon-fri self contained studio next to AWE

Self contained studio/hotel room available Monday-Friday (can also accommodate the AWE 11 day shift, contact us for a price).

We have a family smallholding with a couple of self contained studios, our studios have their own private seating areas and they overlook our paddocks and friendly animals. We have sheep, ponies (including 3 cheeky mini Shetlands), dogs and a large array of poultry, free range eggs available most of the year.

Central to Reading, Newbury or Basingstoke and within walking distance of AWE Aldermaston and calleva park. All the amenities of Tadley are a 5 minute drive or a 25-30 minute walk.

You have your own private space but if wanted there are also quiet communal seating areas that look over our animals and paddocks.

The studio is completely self contained with en-suite shower room and a food prep area that has fridge microwave, kettle and toaster (there are other cooking items in our shared kitchen which you are welcome to use ).

The studio is fully serviced like an hotel room and will be fully cleaned in between your stays. As long as notice is given you only pay for the nights you stay, you are not tied in if you are on holiday etc.

Everything is included in the price (WiFi too) except for electricity which is metered on a simple app. .
