Stunning double room with own entrance & en-suite

A stunning double room with in an annexe with its own entrance, double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet. The room is for one person only. No couples or families please. Preference is for a professional or possibly a post-grad student. We are a family of one male and two females. We have a cat, so would not suit someone who is allergic to them!

The room contains a double bed with mattress, a 43” television and a desk. There is also a wardrobe and drawers for clothes storage. In the entrance lobby there is a cupboard with a microwave and kettle. There is space in a large fridge freezer available and use of a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Access to the kitchen for meals, but use of sitting room and other parts of the house are not included.

Price of £675 per month for the rent plus a further £125 per month for utilities paid separately to cover:
- WiFi / broadband
- Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax
- Professionally cleaned every 2 weeks

Maximum stay is 1 year. Minimum stay is 6 months.

References, income, affordability & credit checks will be required and performed.
