Choice of two rooms available (but only planning to have one lodger) in a new build in a quiet location in a village. Bed, wardrobe and dressing table provided. Full use of the main bathroom with toilet, wash and basin, bath and shower. Bathroom and bedroom would be clear of all personal effects.
A few minutes drive from AWE or the A339 into Newbury or Basingstoke. Fifteen minutes from both. Reading is 20-30 minutes away. Must be a driver.
Would be willing to consider a younger lodger if student at Kingsclere Performing Arts- but would need to have own transport and would consider a longer time period in this scenario.
Price quoted for Mon to Fri but would consider weekends too for a higher price.
Use of kitchen and living spaces, including full amenities E. g. washing machine.
