We only rent rooms in houses that we would be happy living in ourselves. We are owner managers and take pride in everything that we do.

The room up for rent is a cosy medium sized double room with a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and small chest of drawers, The double bed is an ottoman bed with lots of storage underneath. The room is not an en-suite, but the house has two modern and contemporary bathrooms and the bathroom is next door to the room.

“I moved into one of Rachael and Paul’s houses during the pandemic in 2020 and, although initially signed up for 6 months, I stayed for 3 happy years. Communication was good, any maintenance issues were resolved quickly, the place was always clean, and housemates were friendly and respectful (we all kept in touch in a WhatsApp group too and helped each other out with deliveries etc).
