My names Jim & have a spare double room in the 2 bedroom flat i live in
Comfy double bed and mattress and recently carpeted and walls painted.
tv, dvd player, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
All bills included and use of all kitchen facilities & main tv in front room.
The bathroom is directly opposite.
Free wifi, plenty of cupboard space & good size fridge freezer. Clean bedsheets/linen provided bi weekly
Parking pass for onsite car park (i do not drive)
The flat is 3mins walk from Bracknell town centre.
I have my children stay 4 weeks throughout the year (so room not available then and obviously no rent required)
£90 a week (based on 5 nights) Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
Flexible on when you’d want to stay and room available on certain weekends if required (£25 a weekend) give me a call/email
