My names Jim & have a spare double room in the 2 bedroom flat i live in with my wife.

Smart TV, dvd player, double wardrobe & chest of drawers (and a desk & chair if required)

All bills included and use of all kitchen facilities & main tv in front room.
The bathroom is directly opposite.

Free wifi, plenty of cupboard space & good size fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and washer/dryer.

Parking pass for onsite car park will cost an extra £40 a month if required.

The flat is 3mins walk from Bracknell town centre.

Me and Rosie have a kitten (Fudgy) whose friendly and housetrained.

We smoke but never in the flat (there is a balcony for the flat where u can smoke if you want (there wasn't an option for that on the site lol).
