Rent includes all the bills: council tax, utilities, TV license, unlimited high-speed broadband, and a weekly professional cleaner.

We only ask for a small deposit and a minimum holding fee, which is part of your deposit.

The initial tenancy will be for 6 months and this can be extended on a monthly basis through mutual agreement. Shorter 3-month tenancies may be considered but will incur a surcharge.
