We have a single and large double room to rent in a friendly household.

Both rooms consisting of bed, bedside cabinet, study table & chair, mirror and wadrobe.

Access to bathroom, kitchen, dining room and garden. There are two separate toilets. One upstairs and one downstairs.

All bills are included in the rent (internet, council tax, electricity, gas and water). In kitchen there is a washing machine, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Dining area has table with chairs to be used by housemates.

It’s a furnished room in a shared house in Bracknell. Good Wifi. Access to the kitchen and living room. Only 4 people will occupy the house including tenant.

Professional household - individual must clean up after themselves, be tidy and respectful of others and noise level.

Not open to individuals doing business.
Individual let rooms - no couples or guests.
References will be obtained prior to offering the room.
Criminal records will be checked prior to offering the room.
Smoking outside only.

Communal parking available.
