The room is a large double sized, currently unfurnished, so if you prefer to bring your own furniture that could be arranged.

It will be furnished with a single bed, side table, a desk and a desk chair, extra seating and a wardrobe.

Water, heating, electricity and council tax are included in rent.

This room is available for a quiet, clean female occupants only, working full time from the office.

I welcome people from all backgrounds, however, this is a halal household so no alcohol or pork is allowed in the property and no overnight visitors.
