Double Room – Close to Bracknell Town Centre

A spacious, freshly decorated double room is available in a friendly, welcoming home with a live-in landlord, just a short distance from Bracknell town centre.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. It also benefits from a large eaves storage cupboard, providing plenty of additional storage space. There's enough room to add a desk if you occasionally work from home.

The house is shared with me (the live-in landlord), one female tenant and one male tenant. The bathroom is shared with the two other tenants.

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful working professional who values a clean and tidy home. I would consider either a full-time tenant or someone looking for a Monday-to-Friday let.

This is a relaxed, friendly household rather than a party house. Everyone respects each other's privacy while helping to maintain a clean and comfortable home. The house is LGBT friendly, and everyone is welcome.

A professional cleaner visits once a week to keep the communal areas looking their best. We also have a friendly pet dog, so you'll need to be comfortable living with dogs.
